Vita-A-MEN! Red Juice

redjuice1Can I get an “Amen” for this juice?!

That’s how I feel after drinking it!

Green juice is all the rage right now, but what about red juice? I think it just may be the new green, but who am I to say. Haha I am just kidding. I still love green juice, but this is a nice change of pace.

It is also super good for breast cancer prevention. The basis of this juice is fruits and vegetables that are high in carotenoids. Carotenoids are a group of phytochemicals. Based on my research, I discovered that carotenoid containing foods are one of the most important types of foods to eat for breast cancer prevention.

Foods high in carotenoids are red, yellow, and orange fruits and vegetables. Carrots, bell pepper, oranges, cantaloupe, sweet potatoes, and watermelon to name a few..
