FAQs
Do you take insurance?
I am currently not accepting insurance. This is something I hope to provide in the future.
When Do You See Clients?
Hours: Tues–Thurs, 9 AM–1 PM. If you have unique scheduling needs, feel free to inquire - I’ll accommodate when possible.
What’s a CLC? Is this different than an IBCLC?
Certified Lactation Counselors (CLCs) are trained to provide breastfeeding counseling and support for healthy, term infants. They assess latch, positioning, and anatomy while helping mothers with normal breastfeeding concerns in community or home settings. International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) offer the full range of breastfeeding care, including complex or high-acuity situations, and often work as part of clinical healthcare teams in hospitals or private practice.
Where do you see clients?
Virtual sessions are available for clients throughout Illinois. Limited in-home visits are available for postpartum clients within Geneva, Batavia, and St. Charles Illinois.
Do I need to be breastfeeding to work with you?
Not at all. As a RD/CLC, I have unique training to support breastfeeding moms, but my services extend to all women who want to rebuild energy, support hormones, and simplify nutrition.
What happens during our first session?
We’ll review your health and nutrition history, discuss your goals and challenges, and create a clear, realistic plan that fits your lifestyle.
What if I’m not sure what service is right for me?
You can send me a message, and we’ll decide together which option best fits your needs.
